Excellent Doctor !!!!
I was alerted about my appointment a few hours before the scheduled appointment (800am with an appointment at 1130a.m). I contacted office and was told I will be charged 25 dollars if I didn't show. I admitted part responsibility for not keeping up with appointment; however, in practice, other medical practices notify the customer days before appointment (I was told that this office notifies 3 days before appoitment). I requested to speak to Jessica, supervisor, around 845am. She did not return
I've been to Dr. Rodney three time so far, and she has been consistently attentive and caring. I've seen dramatic improvement in my acne and scarring on my face and back. I definitely recommend Dr. Rodney and Eternal Dermatology.
I am 64 and have had several dermos as i have moved around the US. Dr. Rodney is the best clinical physician i have found. She found rwo atypical nevis growths that other dermos may have missed. She cut one out and i never felt the surgery nor had any discomfort afterward. I never even needed to take an aspirin for pain! She is the best I have found.
Reception was automated and seamless, the office welcoming, and Dr. Rodney saw me right away. Her bedside manner is outstanding. Her exam did not feel at all rushed. She was helpful at answering questions and offering wellness advice. I highly recommend her!
I found Dr. Rodney and her staff to be very professional and considerate. Dr. Rodney made me feel comfortable, in her attention to my condition, her knowledge of my condition, and her, overall, bedside manner. I, highly, recommend her for your dermatological needs.
I am a new patient of Dr. Rodney to address hair loss. I've had two appointment with her so far and each time, I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes (the first time as a new patient) and 5 minutes the second visit. She takes the time to explain what she thinks the condition is and what her plan of action will be. I have confidence that she'll be able to help me with my issue.
Dr. Rodney was very knowledgeable and was able to explain my condition in terms I could understand. When I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately taken to a room, and Dr. Rodney was in to see me in a couple minutes. It was clear that she respects me and values my time. I would very highly recommend Dr. Rodney to my friends and family, and I look forward to my next visit to her office.
