Rude staff, always late and noncaring doctors We were patients of this office and have been seen by Drs Huerter, Vaughn, and Brewer on different occasions. The receptionists and the billing office are very rude and short with everyone. The doctors are always at least 45 minutes late for every appointment. Once we had to wait on our doctor for 2 hours and we were the first scheduled appointment of the day. She was sitting in her office the whole time.
