Worst customer service ever the doctor I spent 45 minutes talking to the new Dr. Martinez and find out she didn’t even run the right blood test when they took blood follow up and I spoke with the manager who said that she would get back with me yesterday I think her name was Maria of course no phone call back this office is so disorganized I would never go back there again
Love Dr Nutakki in the Gilbert office, Getting into see her is the challenge. You can leave messages which will go unreturned, so you might as well call continuously until you get a person. The front desk girls in Gilbert, don't know if they're coming or going. They are very quick to send you to the awatukee office, so that they can get you off their plate. The funny thing is you'd expect the Gilbert office to be packed with patients when you finally get it, but it's always very quiet?
Dr Bebawy is the best ever....took my mom from 3 BP meds to one and is not a pill pushing Dr.
If you want a good dr, Dr Mikoul (sp) is awesome! He takes the time with each patient, very friendly, kind and alway nice. But, getting ahold of the office is like getting ahold of the president, says approx hold tone of 9 min, so better plan on 20, 30 min hold. Then you get ahold of someone who had little to no compassion about the fact you wasted that much time trying to get ahold of them. I absolutely love David Bebawy. My first doctor there left the practice and AIA assigned me to him. He has been thorough and kind to me as a patient. He doesn't rush through our visits and most importantly he listens to me and doesn't make me feel like I'm trouble or a problem. He may think it but he doesn't let me see that! Just kidding, Doc! The only problem I have with the practice is the patient access through the Internet. I am fluent in computer use, but this site is making me a crazy person! The site seems to be easy ... read more
Terrible communications between patient portal and patient. No one ever seems to call you back and when they do they never give you a response. Your practice is not pro active, you are basically just a number. Waiting for blood test results that are apparently missing. The Lab work is done in their office. Still on hold for upcoming spinal surgery for over a month..
My good GP doctor. Keeps track of my deteriorating body.
