This place should be shut down!!!!! I noticed I am not the only person posting similar reviews. I am surprised they have a 2.6 rating instead of a negative which would be more accurate. No follow up on any appointments/referrals as they sent my husband for an x-ray over a week ago and never followed up despite NUMEROUS calls to try to get an appointment to get treated for the condition he saw them for pre-xray which was pain in abdomen, rib cage, chest area. Long waiting room times, no follow-up or returned calls from the staff, lab tests on-site are sent out of state, difficulty making appointments and very aloof and gruff behavior towards the patients by the staff.
Horrible establishment I’ve been going here since I was 18 I’m in 30s now. I will never step in to this craphole again! Billing adds payments whenever felt. So you look on account and nothing is there as far as money owed even talking to others in person and told you owe nothing. Now out of nowhere I have a debt owed of 120$ it’s always BS with this place as far as bills past due. The website says they have Saturday hours, I just went and they are closed. The Saturday office hours have been taken off the door and there is a sign about no more flu shots. This is important info that should be put on your website.
I have gone here for many years. My preference is Dr. Brabawee. I like how they offer walk-in appointments. Very helpful when you are under the weather and can’t get an appointment. They also do blood work in the office. Convenient location.
They are very rude they don’t really care about their patients And the staff sucks.. it is going down hill since doctor David Bebawy has left the place.. the management is rude they change you if u have not seen the doctor.. STAY A WAY FROM HERE AT
I am so happy I found this practice, I go to Despina, NP and she is fabulous She listens to you and I am.amazed what she remembers about you, My husband has Dr. Woods for his insurance, but also loves to see Despina . I have been in the medical field for 40 years and Despina is better than most Doctors. She will listen to you as much as you need her, I love to have her to be my primary care giver. Her MA, Lisa, is on top of things . I feel very fortunate to have them.
