Today was the final straw with this service center! I've had several less than ideal experiences in the past with long delays, but today the service advisor was just rude! I came in with an appointment that I had scheduled weeks in advance. I stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for anyone to acknowledge me in the service bay area. This dealership lost me as a customer. Im done dealing with this place theres always problems regarding scheduling, overly long wait times (3+hours for a basic service) and poor customer service probably due to being understaffed. I want to take my car here to keep it simple but it's just not working for me at all.
These do a great job of maintaining our 20 year old Toyota
Brandon is the best! Always takes care of my trucks! He works with my schedule and wait time is perfect! Very communicative and very friendly!
