I came in to grab some washers for my drain bolt as my Amazon version started leaking, I was greeted and taken care of by Irving, he gave me some pointers and tips & took care of me. This was my first time visiting this dealership or parts dept, will definitely be coming back for my OEM parts, thanks Irving!
My daughter in law needed a new key for her RAV4. I called to get price to get new key. I was told it would be $185 and would take two hours. They need vin number so I called back within 5 minutes with vin number and scheduled the appointment. I went to appointment waited for right at two hours. The problem came at payment I was told it would be over $500! I explained that I had been given a price of $185 and the reply was well that wasn’t correct for the key and programming. Took 2 hours for oil change and threw my floor Mat on my passenger seat causing dirt to go all over the seat and dash of my car also ridiculously expensive
