This guy is a crook he shouldn't be on none of these sites he takes deposits do a little work then make every accuse why he can't show up . Don't be fooled by this guy
He is a thief, he hires guys that are good but treats them terrible and they all only stay a week or two at the most, charges clients but refuses to pay his contractors who eventually walk off the job leaving jobs incomplete and the owner, Todd, with all the clients money and no way to complete the jobs. Avoid at all costs.

I hired this man after getting 4 estimates he was the best it wasn't the lowest and it wasn't the highest it was just in between. He talked a Big game but in the end he took my security deposit did 3 hours of work said he had to go to home depot and hasn't answered or returned my calls,voicemails, texts, emails nothing . So if you or anyone you know gets a estimate from a Todd Rogers claiming he owns Rogers Contracting LLC be warned he's a smooth talker and will rob you even with a forged fake contract I am now out of $2,500... read more
