RecommendedTonight I came with a group of 6, one of which is in a wheel chair. We were told we would have at least a 1.5 hour wait for our color ticket... then just as it was finally our turn to get on the carriage, we were told they were spitting our group into 2 smaller groups. Apparently we are in the 2nd group and asked if there was any way we could switch to the 1st group and were told “NO” that everyone has to wait. The fun and the atmosphere is there. I’m disappointed in the value. If kids were $5 then yes maybe but my toddler (sat on my lap the whole ride) and I were pretty underwhelmed with the scare factor. The walk was cool but the ride (can’t say hay ride because there wasn’t actually hay just benches) was pretty disappointing. We had only one person come up and scare us on the ride. I’m glad we went but wouldn’t do it again for that price.
My husband proposed to me on February 23, 2002 while Rodger gave us a carriage ride. Cold, crisp, beautiful winter night with a full moon! Perfect! I will never forget this night. Thank you, Rodger! We got married on July 10, 2004 and this year is now 15 years. Rodger helped make this so memorable! LOVE Cavanaugh's!
As always Mr and Mrs Cavanaugh did an amazing job! We asked them to pick us up for a hayride this past weekend November 10, 2018. Mr. Cavanaugh and his two beautiful horses picked up our entire bridal party and took us to there land to take pictures. There was a beautiful blanket of snow on the ground which made my day even more magical! With all the rain that we had gotten the week prior the ground was pretty muddy.
