This place and area is outdated.. It needs to be torn down and rebuild into beautiful tall structure skyscraper buildings like the ones they have across the river on Vancouver Washington side or in Tukwila across from Westfield Southcenter Mall. Mostly to make it brand new and shine blue and green all over as well.

Cheap motel. It's a bit rough around the edges but you can't beat the cost, and it's close to a bunch of shopping. Also very close to the I5 if you're on a road trip.
