Cheap motel. It's a bit rough around the edges but you can't beat the cost, and it's close to a bunch of shopping. Also very close to the I5 if you're on a road trip.

Windows are boarded up, and no sign of life, no lights. I called them on the phone and their numbers are disconnected. It's dead.

Awful security. Very rude. They really need to switch the security company . Wow!! Unbelievable!! So disrespectful!
