This was the most disappointing and disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Stains on the walls, dirty sheets, sticky floors, moldy smelly hvac, broken window screens, and the room smelled awful. I would never recommend spending your money to stay here. Customer service was nonexistent. Find a better place to stay.
The same guy owns Red Roof Madison & RODEWAY in Madison on the east side & is a slumlord. What he does is use his ability to put people on the do not rent list if they complain about the crappy service or employees. He then babe you from all other hotels in the area that he owns. It is just ludricris & unfair! The problem was the8r employees & service & he don't give a crap. Don't do it! I am typically not one to leave a bad review but this was beyond bad. My card was charged before I even checked in and for more the price that I booked the room at. The staff refused to explain or remove the extra charges and were overall quite rude. Pictures on the booking website are not even close to reality - for instance the breakfast area doesn't even exist in 2026.
