TRAVELERS BEWARE... Absolutely piss poor customer service from their management. Booked a room via travel agent that clearly stated had whirlpool tub in room and even had 5 photos showing said whirlpool tubs in room to only find out after booking and receiving confirmation that the room got changed to just a king room with no whirlpool tub. Contacted hotel to either get refund or room changed to what I booked with no reply back (manager not in).. contacted travel agent who also made several attempts to get room refunded or c... read more
The owners were so nice to me! if I ever need to stay in that area of Madison, that will be the first place that I would go to. Thank you so much for the great hospitality.
