So incredibly rude. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I cannot believe with "customer service" like yours you are still in business. My boss is disabled and had an episode so he could not be able to go inside himself and when we tried to go and get it straightened out the person behind the counter said we would need to give a $300 deposit for no reason when we had already made a reservation for a room of $51???? Then throwing our cc and ID at us! You should be ashamed!!!
Nice enough, but tried to up charge for a ground floor. No elevator.
Have stayed here 4 times in 2026.This last time I got a room with bed bugs and had to switch.Needless to say I won't be staying here again
