Made reservations last week for a weekend stay and tonight my reservations were canceled. When I checked the site, prices were 2x the amount I originally purchased. Way to price gouge.

Great location, just down the street from the London bridge. This is a good place to stay if you just need a place to crash for the night. It's not a nice hotel, but it has what you need. Hot shower, clean sheets, running water, a place to charge your phone, and our room was clean. Our microwave didn't work, and we appreciated that it was promptly replaced. It is an old hotel and needs a lot of maintenance, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, but the room door was in very poor condition, really unsafe and the entrance of the hotel is extremely neglected, the steps are completely dirty and the handrails are torn, the pool area was clean and they offer cereal, bananas and coffee for breakfast

The lobby stairway was absolutely filthy, like it had NEVER been vacuumed. There was a pungent smell upon walking in as well. I learned there was no elevator AFTER I checked in. Once I got upstairs almost to my room there was a mini fridge that was leaking everywhere in the hallway with wet towels all over...it was left their for at least a couple of days since I was there.
