just received an email this hotel is cancelling my reservation a day before my comic con trip i called to complain all that was said was sorry they over booked
El hotel, en general está bien, el problema es que no hay tiendas y solo un restaurante cerca, pero para poder moverte necesitas hacer en carro o en su defecto en Uber, pero es demasiado caro, mi recomendación es rentar un auto si deciden hospedarse aquí, pero el hotel es tranquilo
We came from a long flight and had a reservation at this hotel by the SDSU. When I got to the hotel and asked about the late check out since we are Choice hotel members, she said they don't honor late check out though third party. I said other Choice hotels does even if it wasn't through the app. The lady refused to check us in told us to go somewhere else. Just because of my question for a late check out. This establishment has a rude front desk employees and maybe she was the owner. DO NOT stay here and get treated so rude... read more
Stayed here for Dave Chappelle show. The area was far from everything. Not a walkable area. It's run down and sketchy. For the price it was fine. No issues.
