They gave us a room that was a real mess and it smelled like smoke, but then they changed it for us. The room they gave us looked better. They lied to us and said there was free breakfast and lunch, but they don't make food at all anymore. The shower is good, the TV isn't smart but it works. There are a lot of communication issues with the staff.
I should’ve known that this was going to be interesting when the two people ahead of me at check-in were having issues. After about a twenty minute wait, it was my turn. Apparently, this hotel requires a $100 refundable deposit to cover any damages. CASH! Conviently, there’s an ATM just outside, but for whatever reason they accepted mine by credit card. We were careful to leave the room in pristine condition, and upon checkout, I was promised that my refund would appear in a few days. True to their word, I was in fact refund... read more
During my stay there, my room was not cleaned for two days (tidying up, changing sheets and towels). In addition to that, the hotel has very old furniture as well as many details that at first glance make it look very ugly, room doors in poor condition, dirty external walls. The pillows are extremely thick and the first night my cervical vertebrae were hurt because I fell asleep on one of them. I know it is a two-star hotel, but for the same price I think that next time I will try to stay at another hotel.
