The rooms have cockroaches! I called and complained 3 times and was moved to 3 separate rooms. Every room had cockroaches!!!!!!!! On the floor , in the beds, on the desks. The rooms are not properly cleaned either. Take my advice and never come here. Do not stay here!!
Do not go to the hotel they will put a hold on yoyr card and you will never get your money back this has happend to me 2 times now also they wanted to charge me for a service dog fee which is not alode at all stay away from this place
I have to stay at this place for work about once a month and this is already third time I wake up full of bed bug bites this year, previous time I got a room with cockroaches roaming the floor. Showers always are covered in black mold and hallways are filthy. I can deal with everything but bed bugs, this needs to be addressed. All the rooms with bedbugs were on second floor so far.
