DON'T STAY HERE. Trying to check in, I handed the desk clerk my confirmation sheet. He handed it back and said, "I need ID". I gave him my driver's license. He then asked for my credit card. I told him my reservation was prepaid. He said he needed it for "incidentals". I asked him to explain. He said, "if you smoke in the room". I told him I wasn't a smoker. He said, "I don't trust you". Very disappointed with my stay at this location. The hot tub was nonexistent. Even though the website stated they had one, and I've stayed at this location in the past, it is no longer there. I requested a non joining room and they claim that was the only type of room they had. I asked for a room that was not pet friendly, and they placed me in that type of room. There was no carpet and no sofa/pull out. Just a big empty space. No guests are allowed to have visitors. The breakfast consisted of mini muffins, cereal, and juice... read more
