The best pizza I've had in awhile that's not home made
When I try a new pizza I always start with a plain cheese pizza...nothing to hide right? Well...the first slice in and I was hooked! A nice stone oven baked New York style crust that's not too thin with an excellent sauce that is very fresh yet not overly acidic and topped with the perfect amount of cheese - My favorite way to eat this kind of pizza is when I get home I let it sit on the table until I'm ready to eat and then reheat it in the oven to get the crust nice and crispy - Rodeo's pizza is by far my favorite pizza Kl... read more
Passing through Klamath Falls, we stopped at Rodeo's for some pizza and a salad. While waiting for our handcrafted pizzas to be ready, we enjoyed a beer from their unique and diverse selection, and shared a delicious Caesar Salad. We ordered the Farmhouse, the Brussel sprout, and the BLT pizzas. All 3 were 10 inch size and ended up being too much food for us (hooray for leftovers!).
