My husband and I had the privilege to try Rodeos Pizza & Salad tonight! It was amazing. I would highly recommend this new Pizza restaurant to every in Klamath Falls and the surrounding areas! We both ordered individual pizzas so we could try two different kinds, I had the Margarita and he had The Boss AKA The Heart Attack. They we both phenomenal! Me and my wife split a pie for lunch today. It was wicked awesome!
I had Rodeo's for the second time last night for dinner. My wife and I decided to try the cheese pizza this time (had the Hawaiian before, and it was delicious). Well after running errands, getting my daughter ready for bed, etc., by the time I got to eat the pizza had gotten cold. This turned out to not be a problem, as I soon discovered that a cold Rodeo's slice is still far and away better than any other pizza in town. If you're looking for the best New York style pizza in town, your search is over.
It takes a lot to impress me foodwise. I may actually be able to order pizza out in town again! Yay!! Rodeo's pizza is awesome. I loved the veggie options today (3 vegetarian pizzas available by the slice!!)...kale made just crispy enough, sundried tomatoes, and fresh zucchini on another...sauce was excellent, cheese was perfect (not greasy, but just enough), crust is chewy and quite outstanding. Thanks for the shout-out Clifford! You hit the nail on the head. Our storage is limited and we've been selling dough a lot faster than anticipated--we're struggling to keep up. This is a good problem, but a problem none the less. Our preferred method uses a two-three day cold rise, but we just haven't been able to maintain that with the limited storage, high demand and limited staff.
