Extremely disappointing experience. I had an appointment scheduled and ended up waiting nearly four hours, only to be told there were still patients ahead of me who had clearly arrived after I did. If appointments are scheduled for a specific time, patients should be seen in a reasonable order rather than having later arrivals seemingly prioritized.
