I took my daughter here for her very first dental visit and was greatly disappointed. We waited for almost an hour with no update from the front desk as people that continued to arrive after us went in before us. I had to go up to the front desk to ask why we were waiting so long and it was due to them processing insurance, however we could have been notified or updated.
