I absolutely love Rodeo Dental and that’s saying a lot coming from me because I’m terrified of dentists! ( on that note this is a great place for kiddos the environment is built for them they have a mini movie theater and an arcade) ..but on the actual dental work side of things they are continuously making sure you’re comfortable and communicate the whole way through the procedure! I’ve had a tooth extracted and fillings and a deep cleaning so far and will definitely be going back !! Dr.O is where it’s at!!! Highly recommen... read more
Tried this place for the first time after I heard they were reasonable - I’ve never been to a dentist that polishes before they scale, and that’s what they did here. And I am aware that you are supposed to scale the teeth first, then polish. I’ve never had a dental visit where a month later my teeth are worse than before, and several of my teeth are way more sensitive than they were before this visit (and I take really good care of my teeth). I booked an appointment with Rodeo Dental about a week ago. The booking included giving them my dental insurance card and I was told 'okay yes, it shows active'..then they proceeded, and booked my appointment for today at 1pm. I live an hour away, it is now 12:22pm and I am JUST NOW getting off the phone with Emily.. she called to tell me that they did not verify my insurance and if they were to see me today, it will have to be paid out of pocket! Worst experience I have EVER had with a dentist's office. I went in for my regular cleaning and was met with a baby cavity. Not a big deal! The doctor was even kind enough to offer a more conservative form to help with keeping it from growing. I thought it was a great idea. Before this, I did tell the dental assistant that I had a wedding to attend that same day so I'm sure that was communicated to help make sure my visit was successful and didn't impede the rest of my day. I can’t thank the dentist I saw, enough for going above and beyond for me. I came in with so much pain and anxiety, and he not only listened — he truly cared. He took the time to understand what was going on, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or judged.
