The dentist and the staff who work at this location are great. This was my first time comming to this location so i was nervous and overall i have a fear of medical offices. I will return to have more work done on my teeth at this location. They work with medicaid as well and they do a good job of explaning what is covered under your insurance.
From the last time we were there, It was a hassle we stood their for maybe an hour and a half. Because the online forms through texts were not coming through to my phone. Want really happy, This last appointment went really well they sent me the forms while I was at home filled them out for there my daughter got seen right away no hassle which was nice.
Other than the dentist, the staff at this office was genuinely warm and welcoming, and I don’t want to take that away from them. I made it very clear before my appointment that I struggle with severe dental anxiety due to a traumatic past experience, and I went in trusting that would be understood and handled with care. Thank you rodeo dental! Jasmine was great. Very professional and polite. She did an amazing job getting me seen on short notice for a tooth extraction. Dr.O is amazing! I absolutely love Rodeo Dental and that’s saying a lot coming from me because I’m terrified of dentists! ( on that note this is a great place for kiddos the environment is built for them they have a mini movie theater and an arcade) ..but on the actual dental work side of things they are continuously making sure you’re comfortable and communicate the whole way through the procedure!
