Been there twice. "Forgot" we were in a room the firat time, but were so nice and apologetic. Second time, we waited two hours after the appointment time before being taken back then another two hours for a couple of fillings, so we were there 4 hours plus the 30 minutes we were early. The office was rude, but the back staff were wonderful.
I will sit down and take time to write my review. it was a roller coaster of a ride being in there. Obviously there was a down side but it turned out for the better. I just do want to point out Felicia... With out her caring nature and professionalism i would be writing a bad review, thankfully it was a good experience. Both Dr. Troy and Marina were so kind. Our appointment was for myself and two sons which I thought was going to be chaotic but they were very thorough and efficient. My boys needed some extractions and both said it was painless and very easy on both of them. I would highly recommend Rodeo Dental to anyone.
I have been to several specialist with an issue with a root canal. The staff here is amazing and super empathetic. Alex is really advocating for me to get this root canal redo done. She’s super sweet and very professional. I believe she’s doing everything in her power to get me the help I desperately need.
Wonderful place! Got all my cavities filled and was helped by all staff especially to Dr.O, Emily, and Kathryn. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff of people to help me through my fear of the dentist
