Came to my son’s appointment today. I was informed by one of the females that work at the desk that my automatic payment did not come out for the month of June. She began to apologize that the billing system has been down and acknowledged this would be my fourth time setting up automatic payments due to their system errors. Today was my second visit at this Dentist office, yes I am a grown man and yes perhaps this place is really for children but it’s local and within my insurance plan lol. All that being said I really do like this place, the atmosphere, the staff, and the dentist is great! That guy is really personable, friendly, knowledgeable, the list could go on! Whether you’re 1-100 this practice is TIP TOP! Will definitely be making this my regular dentist practice!
Recently Visited had the Best Customer service and Wonderful Service!! Team members Were Wonderful and really Helpful Recommend There Services!!
The staff was friendly, professional, and kept the kids (and parents) at ease. Dr. Tanner, Natalie, and Gysel were great!
