Had a very smooth cleaning appointment for my rowdy, not easy to work with toddler. I felt that Dr. Jeoung was gentle with my son and informative, and everyone else who assisted me was very kind and welcoming. They also give these certificates out which was fun! I would recommend this place, plus the waiting room is cool.
Very unhappy with tne way I was treated by office staff she was very very rude. Also they did exrays and did not inform me till afterwards it was not covered. They should have informed me first if no coverage. This was totally unacceptable.
Very quick and friendly staff and dentists
I have been going to Rodeo Dental for approximately 3 years. The staff and doctors are friendly. However, the wait is always an issue. My scheduled appointments has never been on time. They probably have a system but I feel shuffled from room to room.
