Let me start by saying horrible customer service. I’ve overheard them saying racist comments. They treat their staff terrible and I seen a roach while I was shopping. Great products but they need to work on everything else besides that!
Terrible customer service. Please do not fall for the manipulative marketing tactics. Horrible bbl lady seems sweet but turns out to be the ultimate attack henchman for a owner who hides behind her bbl.
I stopped by this morning, as requested by my braider. When shopping I was unsure of what to purchase in the place of what was requested by my braider. Thanks to the gentleman working the register and the young lady on the floor I found exactly what I needed! I recommend this beauty supply, great customer service and welcoming. They also have a variety of items in store.
