James and the crew were there during the entire process of removing 2 adult and 3 baby raccoons from the attic. Not knowing what or how many were up there in the beginning, they were relentless in their pursuit...and did so with caring and professionalism. BTW, that is one of "our critters" above our bedroom window in the cover shot!!!
