We had contacted Rodent Guys initially to resolve our mice problem. They were very prompt in replying to emails and arrived on the same day. The mice returned after 6 months but Rodent Guys didn't charge us the 2nd time even though it's a 6 month guarantee. There has been no mice since!
We had a mother and 3 baby raccoons lodged deep in the ceiling of our garage. The folks from Rodent Guys stayed for hours making sure they were all out and safely on their way to the wilderness. Excellent Service.

Rodent Guys got back to us within a couple of hours and set an appointment for the next day. They came on time and patiently answered our questions. Rodent Guys are the best. I had an ant problem and they were very flexible about the appointment (had to be rebooked since first booking it rained). They showed up on time, listened to my problem, got right to the work and resolved the ant problem. It took 3 visits, but the problem was solved. They called me twice afterwards to ensure everything was OK. I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend this team. Everything is true and guaranteed!
EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL! Rodent Guys saved me from bugs in my home. They explained the service in detail, referenced the product that there were using, came and did the job and offered to come back in case there were any additional issues.
