Roden HIIT isn’t just a gym; it’s a community and a support system. The trainers and members are incredibly accepting and encouraging, regardless of your fitness level. They offer daily classes at 6pm and a full body circuit that changes daily. Every day’s workout is different and challenging. Joining is one of the best things I’ve done for both my mental and physical health. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I'm on day 3. I'm sore but I feel accomplished. Sam is welcoming and helpful. Her gym is well equipped. I feel like I've found my new workout home. I'm excited for what is to come. If you are thinking about checking this place out, do it! You won't be sorry. Workouts pass so quickly!
I have been at Roden since early 2021. It has been an amazing place to workout AND make new friends! The owner, Samantha, is always looking to improve the gym and make the experience better for everyone!
