I was rearended by a Tyson Chicken 18 wheeler. I had back surgery requiring screws, rods and doner bone to complete a fusion in 3 vertebra and the same in my neck. I am permanently disabled and on SSD. My settlement was $45,000. I received $15,000. He can't stand up to the big names. I use to make $1,200 a week with full benefits, now I get $1,900 a month and pay $140 out of that for Medicare that doesn't really cover much.
Terrible law office, they don't return phone calls. Office staff is so rude. Don't waste your time by calling this office. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
