We rented from Rodak for 12 years. We did all of our own repairs in fear of retaliation. I am disabled and not on the lease. By virtue of the fact that I paid 100% of the rent from 9/21 to 6/24 I have legal standing as a tenant and the right to habitability warranty. The condition of our unit was deplorable.
