Awesome sales professionals and the service department is the best in the city !!!!!
I requested a part nearly three weeks ago - I called to follow up after two weeks because I never heard back; they had no record I ever called and the part was not ordered. I have been given a runaround all week simply trying to get one part and get it installed. The service and parts department do not talk to each other when it would be so much simpler to have the service department work directly with the parts department to order the correct part. I went in for unscheduled service to my car. They were friendly, prompt, professional and the price was great. I have been having my cars serviced there for 4 years and I have not been disappointed by their service department. They are consistently professional!
I don't know about customer service at this place . On a previous visit a warranty issue was addressed and I was without a car. I had to pay for a rental! This time I had an appointment fir an oil change. Took 31/2 hours when I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours. Afterward I was told it took so long because of a recall issue, but no one ever came in to tell.me that it was going to take longer and why. My bill was incorrect because I had asked for one rear wiper blade to be replaced. They replaced the two on the front. I had to... read more
Asked for a service quote for a couple of issues with my vehicle. They finally came back after an hour and a half waiting with some bogus things "wrong" with my vehicle, such as "bald tires" when my tires are only a few months old, and I had to pay $125 for "diagnostic testing" when all I asked for was a quote. And they told me they wanted almost $500 to fix the issue I came in for. Either the people working in service are blind, or they just look at a female thinking it'll be a good payday and say everything needs to be fix... read more
Worst dealership ever. I had a car three months and was told my tires were dry rotted and they would do nothing to fix it. You can't tell me they magically dry rotted in 3 months. Why would you sell a car like that. I guess they don't care about your safety.
Justin at the service department was amazing!!! Squeezed me in without an appointment and was very helpful! Would recommend!
