Took my 2025 Jeep GC to Rod Hatfield in Winchester on Jan 2026 to get the cruise control flashing light on my steering wheel checked out. I checked in my jeep with the guy at the counter (Chris I think his name was) and told him I was going to wait in the service lounge. After 2 hours I walked around in the sales lobby and saw my jeep sitting out front. I went to Chris to see if it was ready and he started with several excuses why he didn’t let me know it was ready. Absolutely gouged me , 1st oil change $348 , called other dealers and $160 was normal. This dealership changed management every year , it’s awful ……
