The Dry Cleaning service is very good and Rocky's wife is lovely. Rocky is another matter. Sometimes he is in a good mood and sometimes he is in a foul mood and you DON'T want to take alterations to him when he is in a bad mood. 9 times out of 10, when I take something for alterations (and I've spent HUNDREDS of dollars in there), he acts like I'm a lunatic for bringing in the garment at all and seems exasperated that it isn't something straight forward like a hem.
