Unprofessional and disrespectful service. – We wanted to buy a car for our high school students to use. When we told the salesman, he had absolutely NO time for us and walked away after pointing to a few cars on the lot. His demeanor was offensive. The current ad with the "reverends" reflects the lack of professionalism and underscores the need to "watch your wallet" when walking on their lot. Worst Service Ever! – I recently paid a visit to Rocky's Auto. It all started when we pulled into the parking lot. We pulled in and got everyone (my kids, Husband ,self) out of the car. Now we may not be the most wealthy family in America, but we are not too bad off. It took probably 15min to even get anyone to look at us. Rocky's Auto Commercial – This new commercial is very offensive to the American public, our soldiers at "War" defending our country, along with their children with them! Most of thier commercials are somewhat comical, but they have CROSSED THE LINE WITH THIS ONE!!! How dare they try to make a profit off of "WAR", making a mockery of our soldiers! Horrible, horrible, horrible – First, I have NO idea why this place is recommended on citysearch, because it's horrible. The cars are garbage. They sell cars they consider "low mileage" (I don't particularly think an 18,000 dollar 2003 Ford Explorer with 95k miles is a low-mileage vehicle) They overprice their cars by thousands of dollars and it's ridiculous because every car we looked at had a major defect, and it was almost hilarious to see that regardless of their condition, the cars were being sold at astronomical prices... read more
