Never given a one star review before. Called for an appointment to get do my safety and emissions check. Said he could do 9, so I had to ask to come in late to work. Get there at 9 and he is not there. Doors are closed. I call twice and wait until 9:20 and still nothing. Waste of time. Seems like a recurring issue. This guy does not seem reliable so I cannot recommend.
Have now been here twice, and I am so grateful I found Rocky's! Looking for someone to look at your car can be nerve wracking, so I hope this helps someone. Rocky's did my car inspection last year and they just helped me out with a flat tire. They are very helpful; they answered all of my questions patiently; they try very hard not to overcharge you (which is extremely appreciated). $85 oil change. My suv takes 6 quarts, told them this, only got 5 quarts. Came another time for a noise my car was making, Rocky said it was my rear brakes & rotors, even though I told them both my front & rear were replaced at the same time. Another mechanic said my front brakes still had 60% life... and my suv still made that noise $500 later for those new brakes and rotors. We had a flat tire while visiting Phili. Rocky's auto took us right in and helped us. Very nice person. Will highly recommend.
