Small, one man shop. The owner was nice and took the time to check out what was wrong with my car when I stopped over. He told me to come back within the hour and everything was good to go.
Horrible communication. Had to call HIM again just to check on the status of my car. Asked for a quote faxed to me, never sent it. Asked for it again, never sent it. Asked for it a third time, and he asked me for my name and number, which I had already given to him three times. Still waiting for the damn quote. This guy don't seem like he gives half a crap about his customers.
