Well first its a disgusting shithole and go there if your interested in a falling apart shack in the middle of cracktown for $200 a week. Oh, they also discriminate and will try to illegally evicte you. And when they're told by the police that you don't have to leave, they'll turn off your off your power and hot water to try and force you out. Which in the state of Florida is illegal. Idk what to do or who to contact. Anyone with any suggestions please message me ty
Well, I was interested in a rental but seeing that it's been 2 months of calling/messages the phone number that's plastered on your website etc. and NEVER getting an answer or call back. That coupled with some of these reviews just put the nail in the coffin for this place. How can they manage a park if they can't even answer a phone.
They will not accept any convicted felons that are trying to get their life back together but they allow child molesters this place is shitty along with the owner ruth who is a piece of shit herself. I personally reccomend that noone ever rents from them
