I had a water supply line to a toilet burst on my 2nd floor. The majority of the damage was on the 1st floor where all walls, ceilings, floors and kitchen cabinets had to be replaced. Within a few hours of contacting them they were at my house ready to go to work. I could not have asked for a better experience with their team. This includes all of the workers at my house and all of their office staff. You won't be disappointed if you choose Rocky Top Restoration.

This small company worked promptly to assess the situation and estimate costs. Late one afternoon during last Year’s Pre-Christmas season, as my husband and I prepared for the holiday, in the middle of final cooking and baking and finalising our decorating of the living area upstairs, our basement partially flooded due to a secondary wall mounted water heater breaking, unfortunately, unbeknownst to us!
