Rocky Top Restoration (RTR) did an excellent job cleaning up the damage caused by a walk-in shower contractor who incorrectly installed the second-floor shower, which flooded our downstairs kitchen on the first use. The installer refused to take responsibility for damages to the kitchen wood flooring. From the initial consult and estimate, through communication with our insurance company, to the final repair, the process was smooth and exceeded our expectations. Rocky Top Restoration was truly good with which to work. Our home experienced water damage due to broken water line. Great coordination and proactive about getting multiple tasks done concurrently. The Estimator (Gina) and Project Manager (Jacob) did a super job and worked as a team. They were helpful in explaining what needed to be done and good with communicating. I would recommend Rocky Top Restoration to anyone needing restoration work.

During an intense late night thunderstorm in July, I heard my smoke alarm chirping in the garage.
