My daughter needed to be sedated for her dental work because she was too scared and the whole team the have for the sedation process was AMAZING. The nurse was so kind and thoughtful with both my child and me. She was excellent at keeping my daughter calm and confident before the procedure. Then the EMT and anesthesiologist were the perfect people to be working with kids going through the sedation process. My daughter clearly felt safe and comfortable which put me at ease as well. They are simply the best!!!
I have nothing negative to say about the dentist. He was fine. But we will not be back after the hygienist repeatedly got in my son’s face (not to do her job), just to touch his hair, his face, his clothes, even after I explained he doesn’t like unfamiliar people in his space. He was visibly uncomfortable, repeatedly turned away or flinched, I had to hold him and still block her trying to touch his face while we waited for the dentist.
