My 3 year old had an accident and I needed to make an appointment. I, and one other, called more than 10 times and for hours all we got was leave a voice-mail for "Gina Burnette". You can't have good customer service if you can't get in contact with the person supposedly providing it...
We have had a wonderful and welcoming experience from beginning to end! We have a child with profound autism and they have handled it so well! I could go on about the specifics, but what really matters is that this is the best experience we have had at any dentist with any of our children!! As long as the doors are open, we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!!! Thank you Rocky Top!!!
Genuinely the BEST group of people! Every single person from front desk, hygienists, to Dr. Jeff is amazing! They are kind, patient, and thorough! My son actually counts down for his appointments like it’s a treat! Both of my boys had terrible experiences at a different dentist office, so they are a little terrified even at ages 11 & 14. Maggie & Dr. Jeff were amazing! So glad I found this place. It is worth the hour and a half drive!
I’m so happy I found this dental office for my son. He is autistic and it is hard to get a proper cleaning due to him being scared and over stimulated. The staff members and doctor here did so well with my son and I can’t thank them enough. We were in and out with a treatment plan. I wish I found them sooner they are incredible:) Thank you for being great and giving magnificent patient care!
