I called this morning with an emergency. Garage door wouldn't close and I had to go to work. Afraid our stuff would be gone. They got right down there, got it closed temporarily, and will be fixed tomorrow!! You can't ask for more than that. Wonderful people!!!!
Very professional, honest and quality work. No joke ,only took them 15 min to remove broken part and replace with new one. I would recomend them to everyone, the guys are very friendly and came out fixed the problem in 1 day. Also reasonable on price. These guys are the BEST !

Found I had a torsion spring broken this morning. Messaged Rocky Top at about 7:45 AM and received a reply before they were even open. They quickly called me and got the needed information and arrived here to assess the problem by about 8:05 AM. He quickly made a trip back to their shop, arrived back and had a completely new torsion spring assembly installed and working by 9:00 AM. He adjusted my door until it was operating smoothly. Just had my garage door repaired by this Co. The techs name was Robbie. He was quick, friendly and only fixed what was needed. Also offered maintenance tips. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. I will def use them again if needed.
