I waited 3 days on a quote. They couldn’t find the transmission for the first one did not call me back to atleast tell me that. Then tried again to get a quote on just the clutches and on the 2nd day of waiting I called again and they said they didn’t call me back back because they can’t give an estimate on the diagnosis from someone else. Ok why not atleast let me know that instead of just telling me to keep waiting? I’m very disappointed in ford in general at this point.
The service team was great! Had some issues with our car on vacation and they immediately got us in and out in 10 minutes. Very nice folks!
I was able to schedule my oil change and a recall service smoothly. The work was completed quickly and the rates were fair. Rocky Top Ford does most of the regular service on my vehicle, and I’ve never had a problem.
In town from Upstate New York pulling a 37'RV with my 2023 F250. Staying at the Pigeon Forge KOA until Monday. Yesterday, Wednesday, on the way back from a day trip to Ashbille, the check engine light came on. All gauges read normal, no weird noises or drive issues so continued to the campground.
