While in Pigeon Forge during my granddaughter's Spring Break softball trip, my brakes failed. I managed to get the vehicle into Rocky Top Ford. I was greeted by Otto. Otto listened to my concerns and took it upon himself to crawl under the vehicle to identify the problem. He called me over to point out where the brake fluid was "gushing" out.
