Disrespectful , Broke my lugnut and still trynna charge me 30 more dollars to take out the broken part that is stuck when it was clearly his fault . Went today to pay them 30 and said they cant do it because its busy , i been riding with 4 lugnuts for about 2 weeks now . Worst experience with a tire shop .
