Jeff came in for a leak inspection. He wasted 2 hours of my time and couldn't tell that my faucet in the garage was leaking. He came up with every other possibilities except the obvious one in front of his eyes. Then he said that sorry I can't find where all this water came from, maybe it was just an accident a one time thing??? Really Jeff??? Rocky Rooter Rocks! That pretty much sums it up, I have been using RR for years. I deal with Jeff, he is professional, courteous, and most importantly knows his stuff! He has replaced faucets, cleared stoppages (mainline and mystery stoppages under my house), replaced and re-routed water lines to my kitchen. Jeff is honest and his pricing has always been fair.
