Dr. Smith literally saved my life. I was fighting the stomach flu for 5 days but wasn't getting any better. Dr. Smith examined me but didn't find anything. He drew some blood that showed I was having pancreatitis and he got me to go to the ER. They told me there if it had gone on much longer I could have died. I don't know how you thank someone who saved your life, but Dr. Smith will have a patient in me for life.

Thank you Dr. Smith – Dr. Smith saw me the other day. I hadn't been feeling well and webmd had me convinced I was really sick. Dr. Smith was friendly and listened to me, and then after a brief look told me I'd be fine. I was so relieved, but then he told me they wouldn't even charge me for the visit. This kind of doctor is hard to find and I'm so grateful that Dr. Smith and the Urgent Care are there.

WORST DOCTORS VISIT EVER! – Worst Experience Ever! Dr. Smith was nasty and rude. The nurses were slow, and very unpleasant as well, like I was ruining their day. I used the restroom and there was urine on the seat and around the toilet, when I came out to give them my sample, there were urine samples from other patients lined up all next to each other. Amazing Doctor – I rarely get sick, so I don't have a doctor. I woke up Saturday with a killer sore throat. I tried the usual stuff but nothing was helping. I thought about going to the ER, but knew I'd be there all day. That's when I remembered the Urgent Care in Rocky River. I got there and they swabbed my throat and put me in a room. Yes Advise you call before you go. Said they close at 6p on weekends. Got there at 5:30 as they were turning off the lights and leaving

Feeling Great! Can't say enough good things about the staff and facility. Truly feels good to know that people truly care. The facility was professional and clean.

Caring Doctors and Nurses This little medical office located at the Rocky River Plaza has truly been my lifesaver. The staff is amazing and truly caring. There is virtually no wait from the time you get there till he time you get service. You can fill the paperwork after you have been given care, which such a difference from other Emergency Rooms. The only downside is that they are only open during normal business hours.
