Please don’t go here. Second pregnancy, and my mistake for giving them another chance. Some of the doctors are great, but the nurses are terrible and rushed and rude. Maybe if they took time to slow down and actually consider it’s a human being on the phone asking for guidance, they wouldn’t lose so many patients.
The ER doctor who treated me (Dr. Kroh) was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. I waited several hours (during which time NO ONE took me seriously) only to be told that having a medical device missing somewhere in my body is “no big deal” to them. I left this hospital in more pain than I was in when I arrived, with no answers about the issue that brought me there to begin with. RecommendedWhile I recommend the Harrisburg office, I recommend Dr Peacock. I have nothing but great things to say about her! Punctual, friendly, really cares and listens. She offers options. I never feel rushed. I needed a follow up for my migraine issue and she had a packed schedule. So I opted to virtually see Dr. Aurie. My phone call Appt was at 9:20am. RecommendedVery fast, quick to the point. My veins roll and the nurse missed it and went through a nerve. Causing my arm to be in mortal pain. I told her it was ok even though I felt like my arm was going to fall off. She was soooo sweet and caring. I give then a 10 tonight.
I have been going to this office for years seeing Dr.Toosi, since I turned 13 and I am 23 now. In the last year I have had horrible experiences. I have been told I would get a call back within a certain timespan and it doesn’t happen. I understand the COVID requirements and such however when I ask to be seen for a positive strep test, NEGATIVE COVID test, and I am told I can not be seen because of the nature of my problem I am infuriated.
