Where to begin? Patient brought in for MRI, but took all day to get it done. Spent a night on a gurney in ER because “no rooms were available.” Finally got a room at 10:30 the next day after being promised one more test and then you can go. Test not performed until 6 hours later and then another several hours to get it read. If this is the best rated hospital in the Charlotte area, I am really worried about my healthcare options.

RecommendedMy husband woke up not feeling well and decided it was time to go to the ER.... so I drive him.... they too him in IMMEDIATELY and ran an EKG.... he was having a heart attack!!!!! The Dr called for a team of folks and with in 15 min of arrival, he was on his way down to Charlotte to the heart specialist!!!!! They were going to Life Flight him but it was too foggy so they took him by ambulance! Please don’t go here. Second pregnancy, and my mistake for giving them another chance. Some of the doctors are great, but the nurses are terrible and rushed and rude. Maybe if they took time to slow down and actually consider it’s a human being on the phone asking for guidance, they wouldn’t lose so many patients.
