Great place to get in shape. Found this center through a fitness challenge on Facebook called Gymbuildrs. I thought it was going to be just another get in get out type of gym. Man was i wrong. Everyone in the challenge has become friends and we have continued to go together as a group even though the challenge is over. Bill and Staci Russell are really great owners. They are able to push a group as a whole while still giving personal attention to those who need it. Overall i'm very happy to have stumbled upon this gem.

I was a guy who hadn't been in any kind of shape since college (10+ years ago) and just tried crossfit at the urging of a few friends who are involved in it. Gym owners and coaches Bill and Stacy are welcoming, friendly, and patient during your first steps, while giving you tons of options open to what you want to get out of your time. Show up, and you'll be mad you didn't jump in earlier.

i Joined the Best Self Challenge at Rocky River Fitness this year. I’m so happy I decided to go for it because it has been %110 worth it! Everyone is friendly and has the same common goal which makes it easy to show up. Our coach Staci gives you realistic goals while showing you that you’re capable of more than you thought. She also gives her time to answer any questions or concerns after class or even through email/texts. Rocky River Fitness is a great place for those who are not ready for CrossFit but want a great fitness experience. The wide range of classes and times offer a great workout selection. Come be a part of this great community!
