I was not called back until 45 minutes after my appointment time and was not seen for another 20 minutes after being called back. Once I was called back, I was told that there were 3 or 4 emergency patients that needed to be seen that morning. I have had emergency dental situations where I wanted to be seen as soon as possible, so I didn't have a problem with having to wait to help out patients in immediate pain. We are always pleased with the outcomes of our visits. Also, the business end of things is well-managed and accurate. We would not consider any other dental group.
