I was welcomed, as a new patient, in a very friendly and professional manner. Alice was pleasant and thorough in cleaning and checking and explaining procedures. I felt very comfortable. Dr. Smith was great; very personable and professional. I was very pleased with the visit.

I'm not one to back down from much in life, but when it comes to visiting the dentist -- for cleanings or worse, I get squeamish. With past dentists, I pretended to be calm and collected while the hygienist uses sharp tools to scrape away plaque and the dentist probes for cavities, but in truth I sweated bullets and prayed they don't find something that requires drilling. If you can actually say going to the dentist is a great experience, I must state that each visit to Dr. Smith's office is a pleasant one as the staff is consistent in being polite, gracious, and on time. Dr. Smith is extremely knowledgable, calming and patient. I am extremely pleased with all my dental procedures here!
