Highly recommended! Tracy gave us a quick estimate he was well under our other estimates.. He was honest, great work ethic, very knowledgeable, didn't recommend unnecessary replacements or repair the other companies did, he explained everything, offered to bring out heaters. We will never use another Company, you will not be disappointed I promise.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING TRACY NORTH/ROCKY MTN. Tracy has done work for us several times now. I know if I need repair I can count on him to be there. He is reliable, professional and extremely honest. Have never worked with anyone else that I would recommend as highly! He is a welcomed voice in our home when we have any problems to do with heating or air conditioning.
We had Tracy come out to check our furnace which is getting pretty old. He was on time, personable and really knew his stuff! I felt like he was super honest and did not do a bunch of things that we did not need. He explained some things to watch out for and explained to my husband how to fix them if the need arose. We would highly recommend him and RMCC for any of your heating/AC needs! He will treat you right and give you a fair price! Call him! I know you will be happy with his service!
Tracy has been my go to guy for over 10 years. He's cleaned and repaired my 40 year old boiler furnace a couple times and performed significant repairs such as worn out valve replacements, install new pump and motor and fixed a couple leaks. Got a bunch of new parts on the furnace so should be good for a while. No BS about how I should just replace the whole furnace; saved me $1,000s of dollars. The people at Rocky Mount comfort are honest , reliable, stand behind their work and product. We had to other companies come out to look at and services our equipment. both companies told us we needed to replace our entire system. Rocky Mountain comfort control was able to fix our equipment and notified us that our equipment was only 5 years old and should last another 5 to 10 years. We appreciated the fact that Rocky Mount comfort control repaired our equipment and saves us money.
