Here it is 2 weeks later and still have not heard from the Evanston general manager as the owner said would happen. Went into the dealership and spoke with Colt who said he was just the sales manager and he said he would speak with the general manager and get back to me. That was 2 weeks before I left a review. That never happened either. I'm thinking that since they got their money for the car, they don't care about customer service or if you wreck the vehicle. I would never recommend anyone to go to this dealership!
went there in may and ordered a pickup. August came around and hadn't heard anything about when my pickup would be in so I stop by to see and they told us they forgot to order it. Larry H Miller did not have this problem.

I have never dealt with a dealership that has better service than Chris and Kelly in the service department. I had an electrical issue with my Ram 1500. I was on top of Whitney Canyon, called a tow truck, Chris told me to let him know when I was close. They wheeled me right in and I was out in 10 minutes. My highest complements to Yeti, and Chris and Kelly
