This is purely based on their billing department. I had 3 infusions done this year in my home by Vital Care. One in February, one in March, and one in April. I was told that each visit would have a co-pay of $55.50. As soon as I received my first bill, I paid it on 3/27. I paid the second bill on 5/22, and the last one on 6/2. Starting on 6/22, I received a text message stating that I still owed $111.
