Shelly set me up with an appointment to get an eye examine after putting it off for 10 years at the Utah Convention center. The location was fast and easy to get to coming from Eaglemountain/ Saratoga springs. There was good parking. A young gentleman greeted me at the building and was very professional leading me to the office in building 3 for my visit. An appointment was made for 8AM with the optometry department. We arrived onsite on time and no one was in the lobby and the doors were locked. Someone finally arrived 5 minutes after opening time and went to go get someone from optometry. We filled out paperwork which took less than 5 minutes. We waited for over 40 minutes and no one came to even tell us if they were running late. We even tried talking with the front desk and the lady who checked us in was no where to be found. Dr Crouch (I'm sure how to spell her name) was amazing!! Very personable and most thorough eye doctor I've ever met. She explained a lot of things that my other optometrists never mentioned in the past.
