Dr. Orgill was very kind and thorough in examining my husband, kids and my eyes. The student who helped with glasses was also extremely kind. We have good experiences the multiple times we've been here. Thanks, RMUEI!
An appointment was made for 8AM with the optometry department. We arrived onsite on time and no one was in the lobby and the doors were locked. Someone finally arrived 5 minutes after opening time and went to go get someone from optometry. We filled out paperwork which took less than 5 minutes. We waited for over 40 minutes and no one came to even tell us if they were running late. We even tried talking with the front desk and the lady who checked us in was no where to be found. Dr Crouch (I'm sure how to spell her name) was amazing!! Very personable and most thorough eye doctor I've ever met. She explained a lot of things that my other optometrists never mentioned in the past.
Eli was awesome and helped me adjust my sunglasses.
